We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in the door... o Quirky property, with three little staircases going upstairs… my son loved it o Relaxing living space, with comfy leather couches o Clean and cosy throughout… very ‘hygge’ o Well-appointed kitchen o Plenty of space to park, right outside, in the large gravel driveway o Tennis court on the premises… not in the best condition, but perfectly usable o Feels like the epitome of living in the countryside

Little Melrose was warm and cosy, it was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped and all the little extras like an iron and hairdryer where provided. When in Kent visiting family again we will definitely be booking to stay at Little Melrose, The family that live on site where all very friendly.

Huge bed, luxury bathroom with designer faucet and sink. There was a real coffee machine and a good one. Not just a kettle and some powder bags, but actual proper coffee. I made good use of that. When you come downstairs in the bar/restaurant area, I was greeted friendly and it felt warm and cozy. If you don't come for the rooms, do come for the restaurant. The food is exeptional and there is a wide range of wines to choose from. I believe they are part of or own a winery and apple orchard and they offer their own local products aswell. I bought a few of them. I heared the owner has French roots and considering what they offer in the menu and the quality of the food, it is not that far fetched. 10/10 would book again

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is nice and contained with lots of amenities. We were going to an event and needed to drop the car off earlier than the check in time and we returned quite late at night. As the property is a lock box check in this was super easy. The best part - the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great.

Christine and Andy were the best hosts, so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible and help us make the most of our stay. The breakfast was first class, fresh and beautifully cooked and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
