The place was clean and very very comfortable. Breakfast was great and Tamara also let us use the washing machine. She was very very nice and I would definitely go back.

 the rental cycling that they offer is one of the amazing feature of the stay, the location of the hotel at value to this feature because you can rent the cycle which by the way is very cheap 10 Lari for one hour, and you can go on cycling and explore how the locals live and get some amazing countryside pictures with horses as well. Apart from this the host was very humble and welcoming to us. They offered their kitchen with all the utensils and equipments, you have to bring your own food and you can cook, apart from that breakfast was very good. Adding to this there is also a pool with mountain view which is stunning.

Guesthouse Alvani is a wonderful place to stay. The garden is a very lovely set up area as well as the terrasse and the house. The hosts are very kind and helpful in every way. They have an authenic Tusheti family background and know everything about the area. The host Ms Naira is a cook and prepares the best food ever! We have not eaten so good on our whole journey in Georgia so far! It is the perfect place to rest and load up your battery before going to Tusheti :)

Thank you very much Ia and Vitali for your warm and extraordinary hospitality. As we arrived we got surprised with a huge apartment. It had something of a president suite :) Ia cooked for us a very delicious and rich breakfast and Vitali gave us a little guiding tour thru his basement where he produce his own georgian wine und explained a few ancient tools. Most lovely people we met in Georgia. Looking forward seeing you again one day.

Es una casa preciosa, enorme, y con una decoración vintage que me encantó. Mi habitación era enorme. El baño era compartido, pero por suerte para mí, era la única huésped. Pedí desayuno y fue abundante y muy rico. Fue una pena no haber podido disfrutar más tiempo de la casa y el jardín, pero llegué ya anochecido y seguía mi ruta después de desayunar.

I highly recommend staying here if you want to go to Tusheti, they can arrange transport for you. You should also try the food for dinner! Everything is very clean and the family is really nice 😊

My double room was excellent, beautifuly furnished, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom was super clean and moderne. The kitchen was brand new, perfecly equipped and very spacious. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. My excellent hostess was very communicative both in English and Russian, very attentive, and she organized my transfer to Omalo. The garden was beautiful, car parking on the street just outside the house. Thank you very much for the possibility to park my car there for all days I spent in Tusheti.

We loved everything! The staff is great, very welcoming, the rooms are new and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, a selection of over 15 dishes to choose from or combine… We were there off season (April), and we had the chateau for ourselves, so this was a great too! Would definitely recommend visiting this place!
