The view from the upper terrace and the outside seating was wonderful. The house is cozy and spacious and perfect as a get-away for a couple. Several nice beaches are just a 10-20 minutes drive away. Our host, Giorgos, was extremely hospitable. He met us at the local petrol station as access was down an unmarked road and provided a wonderful welcome package including a large fruit bowl and two bottles of wine. On the final evening he provided a tasty box of pastries. The apartment is beautifully renovated with a Minoan theme and good cooking facilities.
