We had an excellent stay at Avra Hotel! Everything was 10 out of 10 – from the spotless cleanliness to the kind and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, the location is peaceful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Nice and clean. Perfect yard especially if you have children, pool and playground next to your garden/ground floor terrace green. AC in both rooms. Everything you need to stay there. It is self catering, no one come to disturb. All the appliances you need. We loved staying there

We had amazing and relaxing holidays in this apartment! The position is great - you can have everything you need (see, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc.) without taking a car. The apartment itself is clean, equipped with necessary stuff and have good spaces, that everyone can have a good rest. Beds are comfortable, and you have even two different pillows in order to choose a comfortable one for you :) The host is very helpful and friendly, gave us great advice for locations, thank you!!! In case if we come back one day to Nikiti, we will choose this apartment again!!!!

It's a lovely new apartment, in a quiet area, with everything you might need during your stay. It's spacious, full of light (also you have the windows blinds if needed), big balconies, and air-conditioning in every room. the owner is very nice, he will help you if you need anything. About the farm market - its a nice place, taking place of Friday, where you can buy lots of vegetables, honey and other stuff. Just make sure to park the car on Thursday night to another place near the house (the owner will guide you)

The accommodation was a dream... great space, air conditioning... and a washing machine. You feel at home, equipped with everything you need. Very clean... and very quiet. Great host, welcoming and kind. I parked the car in the yard. "The best money can buy !!!"

it was quiet, nice and had everything you need. nice balcony, nice furniture, water for the guests and a lot of towels. good wi-fi also and netflix if that interests you.

The location was excellent just a 5mins walk from the beach and restaurants. There are also groceries just at the corner of the street. The host was amazing and also the cleaning ladies.

Beautiful flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Have a nice balcony to eat meals. Located near the coast, the beach is a few steps ahead. Directly on the shopping street, you can walk and enjoy the city in the evening. Very kind and supportive hosts. Thank you especially to Konstantina and fluent English speaker cleaning ladies. They are great people. We felt like we were at home.

Very beautiful and spacious room, just like in the photos. I really love the design and the comfort it brings. You can tell it is well thought out. It was hard to find a place with a comfortable bathroom, as this was a common issue in many other hotels I checked in Nikiti, so I am glad we went with this one in the end. Everything feels modern and well designed, and the bathroom especially brings real comfort while traveling. I could not have been happier. The huge terrace is a real highlight, perfect for having breakfast, and the view is gorgeous. There is also a cute, well-equipped kitchen which adds to the comfort of the stay. The exterior is beautifully designed. We used the swimming pool once and it was very nice, and the lounge area around it is perfect for relaxing. Konstantina was also very helpful. Thank you for making our stay here so pleasant.

The hotel has great location, large terrace with a sea view and a parking place. The staff is friendly and helpful.
