House in a quiet location (small village) surrounded by olive groves. For lovers of good wine, about 150 meters away, there is a winery with a large assortment of wines. A good seat reservation for exploring western Crete (for people with their own means of transport). The house is fully equipped. Everything we needed was available. The two bathrooms are a nice surprise. A small garden, its surroundings and a terrace - invite you to spend a good time. From the large terrace (upstairs) - beautiful views at sunrise and sunset. Enclosed private parking. Manolis - takes care of cleanliness (cleans the whole house twice a week) and ensures the comfort of guests all the time. Very welcoming and sharing Crete delicacies - including olive. Everything is delicious !!! When we arrived home there was a full fridge of food waiting for us and we didn't have to worry about the first meals. If you need advice on various aspects of your vacation (the flavors of Crete, beaches, taverns ...) - you can count on his accurate recommendations. In the house you will find guides prepared by Manolis. The owner and the facility deserve the positive ratings so far. Manolis - thank you very much. You made our 2 week stay very relaxing. The swimming pool is amazing and not crowded.Feels like a private pool. The location is very good if you want to visit many places in Chania and you don't want to stay close to the city. Its a wonderful place to relax , disconnect and enjoy your holidays. Staff provided useful information regarding places we should visit.

The villa is really nice! A real gem compared to the price we paid! We loved the outdoor area with the pool and the bbq. Great and calm location with fantastic views! The kids loved the pool and the cute local cat who came by every day. Paul was a great host.

We loved our stay at Casa Avocado! The property itself is just amazing - it is a really cozy stone house very nicely decorated and with a really modern bathroom design. We really enjoyed the jauzzi, barbeque, sauna and you actually have every single appliance and utensil you need. The garden is lovely and even though is close to the main road you feel like being on the middle of nowhere. There are shops/restaurants though very close (5-10 minute drive). However, apart from the property, what makes your stay even more special is the host. She greets you on check in and explain everything you need to know about the house and the area and makes you really feel at home. The welcome package with fresh eggs from their own hens is fenomenal.

We really loved this property. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with sharing pool. The villa was beautiful, very clean, very comfortable, very spacious and the air conditioning worked great. Sharing pool was a fantastic place to cool off in at the end of the day. The staff was so friendly - especially the guys working the restaurant area. It was a great location for us (a family of 4) to base out of to explore the region. The village was very charming and we loved the restaurant right in the village.
