Beautiful view and very well equipped. Lovely hosts who met us and gave us lots of great information. Pool, hot tub and bbq all very well used. Air conditioning very welcome. Very peaceful and undiscovered location in lovely Zagorje countryside. Ideal for rest and relaxation.

Everything was perfect. First of all Nina & Ozren are wonderful people, thank you for everything! We really appreciate everything you had prepared for our acomodation. It's an amazing place with a private heated pool, a tennis table outside, a big garden, football field and many more. And all of these are just for you. Another surprise was the party house near the pool, with music, TV, a big fridge and everything you need to relax. This charming place is near the forest and you can see deers and other small animals. We had a great time and the place exceeded our expectations.

The pictures don't do it justice! We arrived at the peak of the spring, when all the acacia trees were in bloom. The fragrance... The birdsong... And the crickets... The location is simply superb, on top of one of the beautiful hills surrounding the Krapinske Toplice, the house surrounded itself by selected trees and carefully cared for garden, with generous parking and loads of sitting areas all for yourself. The top floor is the one you'll get and it's all yours. The lovely and very friendly host, Jadranka lives downstairs and she is very helpful with advice and guidance if needed. The house is tastefully decorated and usefully  equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, the mattresses are premium, the pillows memory foam, the bedsheets 100% cotton of the highest grade. The location is very quiet, no traffic, no neighbours (well, one just down the hill but impossible to hear or see anything) , very private. The nights are blissfully quiet and as dark as the starry sky allows it, undisturbed by any nearby artificial lighting as the bedroom windows are facing the valley at the back of the house and the other side of the hill from the town. The water is very clean, sourced and pumped from a nearby spring in the hills. You're literally drinking spring water at the kitchen taps. There is A/C but we didn't need to use it as in the day we were out and in the night slept with the widows open leaving the night air cool the room. The widows are fitted with nets, which can be rolled up for unspoiled views but rolled back down to keep night bugs out. The thermal baths Aque Vivae are 20min walk, highly recommend rather than driving.  The Terme Tuhelj baths are 10-15 min drive. Both have plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. Tuhelj sauna complex is larger and more varied, has a cool dip pool, a mud sauna and all the other varieties. The Aquae Vivae has a smaller but newer sauna area, much quieter, less busy.
