We really enjoyed our stay - everything was great from arriving till checking out. After check-in we were offered a glass of prosecco, which was a pleasant surprise. Room was beautiful and clean, with well working air conditioner, also the bathroom was excellent. At the lobby the photo booth was a nice surprise. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and location just perfect - quiet area, yet close to the city centre (just 15-20 minutes walk away). Many pubs and restaurants nearby and lovely river (canal) just outside of the hotel. Would definitely visit again.

The staff is really really gentle and nice, he helps a lot, and always smile to everyone, the room is big and there is a huge space for guest to pack their luggage.The bathroom is clean, and I like the light in front of the bed, it would not disturb others, so far is the best hostel I have been.

Everything, it was the best choice for a night in Dublin. Would have loved to stay longer. Nice kitchenette, very comfortable big bed, clean shower, nicely equipped hotel gym and very friendly staff.

I loved the easiness of arrival since the xpress bus stops just a short walk from the hotel. Very cool area and I felt safe walking there. Friendly staff and really nice room. I took the upgrade for the balcony room, and it was spacious and smelled clean.Nice with a food shop just next door and I would also recommend (if you didn't buy breakast) to eat at Mad yolks which is by the tall tower.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good location to all sights in Dublin. Clean comfortable and new room. Liked the view from the seventh floor. Continental breakfast is great in the morning.

Clean with good location. Close to public transport and supermarkets. Good water pressure in shower with Nice hot water. Drinking water and cookies provided in each room. Polite and helpful front desk.

Loved the Bohemian eclectic furnishings of the bar. A very pleasant place to sit and have yummy nibbles, enjoy a cocktail, or reflect on a holiday.

The set is amazing and brings good vibes, Staff is cool and welcoming, breakfast is delicious and varied and most of all the place is very clean.

We stayed 8 days in the hotel, first in a family room with our daughter and then in a double room. Everything from A to Z was amazing. One of the nicest stay experiences I've had in my life. The staff was courteous and ready to provide solutions to any problem. The restaurant is unique and the food is excellent. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. I will definitely be back someday.

A few minutes walk from Heuston train station and the luas stop outside the Museum goes to the city and also a short walk to Dublin Zoo made it the perfect location. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great value for money. The double room with en-suite was perfect for a short stay , it was also quiet at night, I would definitely stay here again.
