The staff was lovely and very attentive! Just a few instances where they went above and beyond: they made us really good pizza when everything else was closed, they picked us up from the train station and they brought us breakfast to the room every. The place is beautiful! You could not be closer to the beach than this, but it is still high up so you don't have sand anywhere. The apartments are very well stocked, they have everything you could need. All in all a perfect vacation spot!

This is an exceptional lovely place. It has all I need to have a relaxed vacation in October in Italy (I was there with my daughther, 16 years old). The ower is super-friendly and speaks English very well. The apartment is very spacy, very clean, exceptionally well equipped, with a large balcony facing SW allowing one, in October, to sit in the sun from sunrise til sunset, listening to the swell at the beach. Alimentari with all one needs is in 5 minute walking distance. The same applies to the bus stop one needs to commute to Anzio or Nettuno. Decent restaurants are within 30 minutes walking distance.

Nice big yard, close to the sea. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of birds singing, a place where it is easy to relax. The owner was very kind and picked me at the railwail station without me even asking for it. Lovely.

Great and cozy summer house, good location for visiting area: 50 minutes to Rome, 40 min to Castel Gandolfo, 15 minutes to nice beaches - Nettuno, Anzio. Villa with very nice garden, barbecue area with big table where you can spend most of your time. Very clean and tidy, fresh bed linens and towels.
