Clean, very quiet with a comfy bed and decent shower power, A/C and enough electric lighting. One lovely window to street, so no view, but you don't need one! You are in Orvieto. You will be out and about in awe of your surroundings all day and into the evening for such great late dinners. Try Charlie Restaurant! There is a Nespresso espresso-maker and a small refrigerator, a few snacks provided for the bit of time you will be in your room. A bit of glassware and flatware utensil to avoid plastic. Felt very safe, as solo traveler returning after dark.

This is the most amazing agriculture we have stayed by far. Location was superb in the middle of an olive farm on a hill with stunning views over Bolsena Lake. Staff was so friendly and attentive, specially their dog Pentothal, who accompanied us all the time even during our morning walks by the field. This is a colonial style apartment that being brand new makes you feel like in a small authentic village. Everything was designed and built with great care and attention to the detail. It is very spacious and well equipped. We stayed for a couples of nights and used it as our base camp to travel to Pitigliano and to the Toscana region.

Featuring garden views, Orvieto Rocca Fiorita in Orvieto features accommodations and a garden.

The property was beautiful with an arbour and roses right out the door! The studio room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed to cook basic meals. The shower had nice pressure and good hot water. The bed was comfortable to us. The owners were very helpful and provided any information we asked for.

We chose to stay here because we could sense from the pictures that the property was really homey and really well managed, which we can confirm now after staying there. The room was very clean, the shower had good pressure and hot water and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night but we felt well taken care of, Bernardo and Irene were very attentive towards us so all in all our stay was 10+. We wouldn’t stay any other place if we returned to Orvieto.

This is such a wonderful place to stay. My only regret is that I only stayed a night! The owners are such incredible people and so kind. The breakfast was so delicious! The rooms were comfortable and it was a magical property.
