Everything was perfect, owner is very hospitable, always there for your needs. My same day booking got fast replies and everything was smooth. Stayed here for 5 nights and definitely loved it!! Feels home. Wish I could stay for longer but future dates were booked so act fast! Great conversations on Naples culture, thank you host! Plus: had many colored pens and an interesting mask!

Great stay. All is new brand new, very friendly host. Comfy bed. Easy access to the building, very good value for the price. No kitchen facilities. This is a hotel, not apartment.

Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful with all we needed. The hotel's garden is beautiful, as the view of Mount Vesuvio. Personally, I liked the privacy and peace that San Cristoforo offers without having to get too far away from Naples

The room was very clean and modern, which was wonderful after walking around in the heat. Our host worked at (owned?) a nearby cafe, and was both very helpful and welcoming to us at the stay and when we went to the cafe for breakfast. The cafe was also busy, but the croissants and cappuccino were fabulous. It's very close to the Ercolano Scavi station, which made transportation easy. Note: The breakfast part of the BnB is the cafe Bistrot de Paris Ercolano, which is about a 15 minute walk west of the actually BnB location. A bit confusing at first, but worth the walk every morning (it is free for guests of Lullaby). Also of note: the private bus that takes you to Vesuvius is right near the Ercolano Scavi station (which is right near the Bistrot), so also about a 15 minute walk from Lullaby.

The extremely friendly, helpful, and young staff made all the difference! Thumbs up. Gorgeous villa with beautiful garden filled with scent of lemon flowers. Fantastic terrace with full view of the Golfo.

Staff were very helpful and were very approachable. They spoke english which made the interaction very easy. They also explained the room access in detail. The breakfast service was wonderful.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, near to the main activities around (Pompei, Herculaneum, Napoli) The staff was incredibly nice !

Very clean and secure apartment; very friendly and helpful host. We were only staying one night as we had an onward journey, but she directed us to a nice pizzeria, and outlined lots of helpful pieces for us including the secure nearby parking space which we valued. Very cute grocery store directly across the street - we picked up some supplies for breakfast there the next morning. Nice coffee machine in the apartment - always good to have!!

The location was great. It was close to everything I needed. I did not have any breakfast.
