Henkilökunta oli aivan huippuluokkaa. Kaikki asiat hoituivat hienosti ja he ilmaisivat kiinnostusta jopa meidän vaellustemme onnistumiseen. Upea 700 vuotta vanha rakennus oli saneerattu hienosti. Todella tyylikäs kokonaisuus. Aamiainen oli runsas paikallisine tuotteineen. Yleisilme oli hyvin siisti ja suomalainen sauna oli mukava lisä. Ilmainen parkkihalli oli lähellä hotellia. Hotellin sijainti Dolomiitteihin tutustumista varten oli aivan erinomainen.
