Great property, stunning view and loved the animals. I couldn't rent a car, so the owners picked me up in Cosenza. I didn't realize the restaurant was closed so they ran me over to a grocery store and cooked for me one day. If you are wanting to stay in a quiet, beautiful calabrian home close to a city, this is perfect.

The apartment is located in the heart of Cosenza, right in the city center. It is very clean, modern, and close to everything you might need. Supermarkets, coffee bars, shops, and the shopping mall are all within easy reach. The owner is incredible—very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything in the apartment is new and well maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. If you are visiting Cosenza, this is one of the best places to stay.

This property was clean, comfortable and a lovely refuge for weary travellers! The contact for the property was very helpful. It was also very close to the centre but still quiet. Great place.

Just off the passagita Corso, for strolling day or evening. Light cornetto and honey and jam breakfast, espresso juice and tea. Quiet accommodation, and modern decor. Close to variety of eateries, seafood, pizza, Gelato and aperitif drinks. Air condition throughout, window access for fresh air. Roomy shower, soap toiletries, SoS alert monitor in shower. Towels, cotton swabs and pads. Toilet and bidet. Bed is comfortable, with black out curtains, wardrobe closet, small dresser and tv. Multiple eating areas, counter and table. Spacious entryway, with motion sensor light. Living room faces pedestrian street/building entry and surrounding courtyards. Small cube refrigerator, microwave, dishes, mugs and eating utensils, corkscrew.

The property was very well located with several restaurants and cafes in the area. It was spacious and comfortable - highly recommend and would stay there again.

Friendly hosts, warm welcome and helpful tips about restaurants. Nice beds, room and bathroom super clean. Location close to old city center and not too far from modern center. Generous breakfast with very good coffee. Good value for money.

I only did a one night stop over. It was perfect! I called when I arrived (after 10 pm) and I was talked through the entrance procedure. Room was nice, private (large) bathroom, mini fridge, bottle of water, comfy bed & pillows. Was walking distance to the bus station, shopping blvd, the river with historic buildings and a flea market! Breakfast voucher for a Cafe across street (best latte in Italy so far).

The renovation of this part of the Palazzo is only two years old, and has been carried out in a very stylish modern mode. The hostess deserves a mention for her attention to detail and making sure that the guest is looked after well. Many varied options are provided for breakfast, which is at a time whenever you would like. Do not be put off by the lack of an allocated parking space. You may be lucky enough to find a space on the street very close, but if not there is a multi-storey car park within a ten minute walk.

Our stay at Boutique Suites Palazzo Crati was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a wonderful view towards the river and old town. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Truly, one cannot find a better place to stay in Cosenza. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property so close to the city center. Amazing room with a sauna and hot tub that just blew us away. They also left a bottle of champagne for us, which was delightful.
