Excellent communication and space was comfortable and very special.

We loved the location. The views where spectacular and hosts where there to greet us and show us the apartment and checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. Big thank you to Elia who helped arrange transport to and from Orte’s old town. Most appreciate.

The accommodation was very well presented and centrally located.

Friendly welcome, tidy room, generous buffet breakfast (though it could have included some savory options; it was an Italian-style breakfast, after all). Excellent, including the location.

The place is large, confortable and clean. Manolo and his family are always trying to help. It couldn't be better.

We just stay for a night in our way north. Everything was perfect. The place is awesome. Very good diner and breakfast. Very attentive personnel.

A delightful , spacious chalet in beautiful surroundings. The furnishings and room decor interesting and walking round the gardens fascinating. There was coffee available to prepare yourself. Cooking facilities if you are so inclined .

We were happy with the property and hosts, it was a good location, near the highway on our way to rome.

Actually we liked everything - from the exceptional location to the fantastic view from all the windows to welcome bottle of frizzante in the refrigerator. By far the best vacation house we stayed in so far...

Working farm. The host Barbara is a lovely person, very helpful. She cooked me a nice 3 course dinner and the breakfast was plentiful.

The apartment is in a villa. All rooms are spacious (two bedrooms, living room, bathoom, kitchen, balcony), have a newly renovated feeling. Train station (Orte) is 5 minutes walk. Small groceries, restaurant nearby.

Never wanted to leave! This property is so beautiful. We also felt like we almost had it to ourselves as we barely saw other guests. It’s quite private and spacious in the studio apartment. We had a window looking out onto the chestnut fields and would wake up to beautiful views and quiet every morning. Barbara was lovely and helpful, also told us about the property’s rich history. Part of the building is 600-700 years old. We bought a bottle of red and white wine made on the property from their vineyards, delicious and a very romantic setting to drink it in. Kitchen was equipped with all of the utensils we needed to cook. But enjoyed a beautiful meal in the closest town of Vasanello, a recommendation by Barbara. We swam in the beautiful pool each day and took trips to the Stifone natural springs. We definitely want to return to this special place.
