Great location, driving diatance to the hills and the nearby cities of Emillia Romagna. Can reach Bologna 1 hr away. The breakfast is very good, all local products. The farm is very intresting and thry sell local products in the shop. The room was very beautiful and the view from the room is amazing. The place is ran by the family who own and work the farm and they are very nice people!!

Roberto is a fantastic host! Took the time to walk is through the kitchen and answered questions. We enjoyed walking to a nearby 0 km restaurant he recommended. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay with them again.

We were left absolutely speechless by the incredible room, the beautiful grounds and the most hospitable hosts. Giorgio, his wife and Christina were all incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel so at home, and were always available to help at a moment's notice. The location of this B&B was amidst lambrusco vineyards and a short driving distance away from Modena, Bologna and Parma, making it the perfect countyside getaway in the heart of Italy's culinary hub. I could not recommend this place more!

The Hidden Gem We stumbled onto perfection. Tucked into the corner of a hidden Piazza in Scandiano is a gourmet level restaurant. You have to ring the bell to get access, but then you are in for a treat. I am so glad we reserved, because every table was full afterwards. We only booked the table because our family of five would be guests of their hotel. Their ONLY guests! By booking our rooms we rented the entire top floor with balcony! Luxurious Beds! Nice showers! A fridge stocked with sparkling and still mineral water. What a feeling letting the kids take the key and go up to the room with their free Wi-fi, while we relax and chat with the homemade complementary Limoncello on the table. We got coupons for a small breakfast at the café with yummy pasties right across the way. I am looking so forward to the next time. Thanks so much!
