The apartment is on a cute property with a lovely little garden. The apartment is half underground so nice and cool, which was a blessing for us. The room is small but has all the necessities. There is equipment in the kitchen to do the basic things you need but the oven did not work, at least I couldn’t get it to turn on. (not a big deal for us). The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming. This place is perfect for a 1 night stay.

Very nice place with multiple floors. It has a nice living room and a small sized kitchen in which you could cook and eat, equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom was also clean. There are stairs that bring up the terrace which is quite spacious, with some lines on which you could hang the clothes to dry. The bedroom is spacious and there's even an AC available to use. The beds were nicely tidied up and comfortable. The owner was also nice and helpful at the check-in time by being available to respond quickly to my messages and phone calls. Thank you :)

Very Clean and spacious house with parking. Super friendly hosts. The place had really all facilities you might need during a stay. Although just staying for one night on our way to Tuscany, we are considering coming back for a longer stay and explore this nice region of Italy more.

Staff, apartment, location all were very good for me. I am a traveler, sometimes you win some and lose on others on what the accommodation actually is. What made the stay great was Walter and his staff at Bar Code10 downstairs. They went beyond being hospitable! They helped with directions, bus and taxi info. Even stayed open late to make me a meal. Free breakfast in the morning at the Cafe was great. 100 meters from apartment was a lookout location that overlooked Frosinone city. At night this turns into restaurants and night life. Groceries and all you need is just outside your door. Thank you Walter and staff for a great, comfortable 4 days. I will be back!

The price of the apartment was good. Most of all the bar down the street was very welcoming with great prices on drinks and pastries.
