the host was welcoming in fetching us around and giving us recommendations, he also helped me to contact the bus company when I said I left my wallet there, very helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The staff were all kind and helpful. The place is very close to the station. Convenience stores are close by. I was happy they have a selection of pillows that the customers may choose from to use for free.

The location. Close to Nagashima Spa Land, where we spend most of our time. A lot of restaurants in the area, as well as shops. Easy free parking. The apartment has everything you need. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, AC units everywhere.

This place is beyond professional. They provide above and beyond amenities to make yourself comfortable, from massage oil to personal hygiene items, sanitize-wrapped cups, remote control, bath robes, and just about any other thing you could want to make a convenient stay without packing toiletries yourself. The very private check-in process is a notable feature. There are private waiting rooms, just in case your room is not ready upon check-in, and a discreet checkout process. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are luxurious. I just can't say enough positive things about this place. It's an excellent place and a really good bang for your buck.

The room was very spacious and had plenty of rooms for my family! The bathtubs were massive as well. It was fully stocked with tea, coffee, and toiletries. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
