I previously complained about the TV and air conditioning, but the TV was actually working and I simply needed to change to the IPTV service, and the air conditioning was not noisy in other rooms. The staff was also very pleasent as well.

The room was unexpectedly big for the price we paid. It was close to bus stops and the main Incheon bus terminal. Restaurants and coffee shops are just around the corner. The manager/owner was also very kind and speaks English.

Very good hotel comfortable and very clean. They keep my luggage when I ask them to leave it there for a couple of hours because my flight was late at night.

I didn't need to use the laundry machines but it's great they were there! Breakfast was also great, room was not huge but very cozy and comfortable. Mini fridge was not so cold, the freezer part melted my ice cream pretty fast.

Great place super close to the airport. The location is amazing and the value is great. I only needed it for a quick night so was trying to spend as little as possible but was not expecting being so nice for that price. Easy check in, clean, spacious, amazing honestly.

The personnel treats you like family. They have accessible airport transfer and offers to take you from the station for free. You can self-service: have toasts with butter and jam, as well as cereals with milk, tea and coffee. They also offer toothbrush and paste. There is always somebody available to help you upon call.
