Dejlig lukket og velholdt have, men alligevel tæt på stranden og butikkerne. Værelset var stort og havde alt vi skulle bruge, og alle var søde og hjælpsomme også med transporten, da vi skulle videre. Poolen var ren og der blev straks tændt for det kolde vand, når man gik i, så man kunne blive kølet ned. Gode udearealer, hvor man kunne sidde i skyggen.

We are an Australian family of 4 adults and 2 children travelling in Sri Lanka. We booked this villa for 4 nights. There are 5 bedrooms, we are occupying 3 and had access to lounge areas, kitchen, gardens and pool. A fully equipped kitchen is very convenient, a large dining room and a couple of lounge areas for giving plenty of space to relax. Air Con bedrooms are very large and our bed very comfortable. Owners supplied breakfast of fruit, eggs, toast, jams, tea and coffee and also some Sri Lankan specialties which were lovely. There is a well maintained spacious garden, a lovely pool and even a swing for the little ones. The owners live next door on the same block and very helpful if you require anything but not intrusive. The house although on a main road has a high brick fence for safety and privacy. Can highly recommend this property for travellers not wanting to spend a fortune but wanting a comfortable place to stay.

We had an amazing time here. Ended up staying four days longer than planned because of the location, host and facilities. We were able to park our tuktuk in the driveway and our host sought to fulfill any requests we had. Cleaning every day. Lovely balcony. Nice A/C. Amazing and varied Sri Lankan breakfast every day. +++

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yoshen Villa Unawatuna for a two-night getaway, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was the pristine bathroom. The dryness of the bathroom was particularly noteworthy, as it added an extra level of comfort to my stay. I'm sure this is one of the best hotels in Unawatuna. Service at the highest level. The staff is very friendly and truly customer oriented. At the reception we were greeted with refreshing cocktails. We checked into the room ahead of time, not at 14.00, but at 11.00. Since this is our first time in this country, we turned to the staff for help in various situations and with quite specific requests. I can say with confidence that the staff in the complex will make the best impression on you - with their attitude, tact, attention to guests, the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room in particular, and the cleaning of the area. Linen was changed every two days, and we regularly refused to do cleaning. We booked for two weeks and initially did not plan to rent a scooter or car. We traveled by tuk-tuk. Once you get used to the prices, local trips average less than $8 per day. Supermarkets and local food are within walking distance. The main tourist area is about 7 minutes on foot. The pool is excellent, the water is wonderful, no chemicals, it is cleaned regularly. We swam periodically in the morning or late in the evening. There are no mosquitoes at all. Several times we saw a couple of peacocks, a monitor lizard, a bunch of chipmunks, a couple of species of monkeys, flying foxes and strange birds on the territory. At the time of our stay, most of the rooms were empty, so we had full harmony, silence and comfort. In the room: tea station, towels, shower set, water, hairdryer, safe - everything is there. Wifi is excellent, it didn’t let me down. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, the food is quick and tasty, they always adjust the spiciness of the dishes. I liked the hotel very much, I recommend it.
