Friendly staff. Actually this is a big house and the owners live on the 1st floor. 2nd and other floors available for booking. There was a common kitchen area,a microwave oven, electric kettle and a dining table. And also there was a Balcony and verandah area. I ordered the Double room but it was booked when I arrived and they arranged for me the family room. They asked for a refundable damage fee of 5000 LKR and they refunded it back when I checked out.

Very clean, new and modern apartment building. Two bathrooms and everything else was provided (incl bittled water) Mahesh is a very nice and friendly landlord. Due to lightning strike the day before, his apartment’s AC was broken down but he arranged for an equal apartment in the same building immediately. Also he helped us buy some food late in the evening during heavy rain and a thunderstorm by driving us around the village. The next morning he took us to the airport in his car as a courtesy although he had to go to work himself. Extraordinary great hospitality. Thanks a lot.

The rooms were so big and super clean. Wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves of the ocean is incredible. The Staff super welcome and available for any need, the responsable was super kind and organised for us also several tours. I really appreciated that, we also taken a dinner in the hotel one night.
