Comfortable and spacious room. You have to walk a few blocks to find cafés, supermarkets, and shops; the area is a bit quiet/isolated, but it doesn't feel unsafe to walk around. The breakfasts are delicious. The room has a mini-fridge and a microwave, and I would add a coffee maker. Thank you for allowing access to the makeup artist and hair stylist who got me ready for my event in Cuernavaca.

We drove in from the Mexico City airport and were a late arrival. Despite that, the desk was staffed and we were able to get in our room. The grounds are very beautiful, as is the set-up for breakfast, which was also excellent. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Our room had A/C, which was almost a necessity, in our opinion. The room was very clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds. This is obviously an older hotel, with older fixtures, some of which could use upgrading. But what was there, worked fine for us. The beds were comfortable. There was hot water, although it took a while to arrive. It has a nice bar, but it is only intermittently staffed, and wine is something of a novelty item. There is secure parking, at a small fee. It is short drive, and not too long a walk to the historic district from the hotel
