The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we always felt safe and secure. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Casa Ceiba is a real Oasis were you can relax and enjoy your holidays to a maximum. The breathtaking views of the sea and the pool are stunning. We had an amazing time here. The lemon tart at breakfast was very delicious and the staff went over and beyond to take care of anything we asked for. We even got some kits that included tents for the beach which allowed us to go to the remote beach just beneath the hotel. I will definitely come back!!!!

This is a lovely, almost luxurious apartment. Spacious, furnished in both a tasteful and pragmatic way with a spotlessly clean bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and working AC. The check-in was quick and easy and Jorge, the owner, is very kind and helpful. You´ll find everything you need in the apartment from plentiful cloak hangers over an ironing board to a well-stocked library. There are laundry machines and dryers in the common area which can be used on certain days of the week. There is a pool - which is not private, as it says on booking, but belongs to the building. However, we did not encounter anybody else using it during our stay. The neighbourhood and actually the whole town is lively but quiet, friendly and feels very safe.

    Very clean and the beds are soooo comfy . The staff is very friendly. Great location. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices and is reasonably priced. Starbucks coffee stand in the lobby.

    Very helpful with booking good tours, and were much cheaper than anything we could find online. Great location easy walking distance to anywhere in town.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Arena del Pacifico. The location of the hotel was perfect. From our small balcony we overlooked the pool and onto small hills. Our room was located at the back of the hotel and as a result was very quiet. The room was functional with hot water and air conditioning. Everything was kept very clean. The included breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and really enhanced our experience. Thank you for making our stay in Huatulco so enjoyable! We highly recommend your hotel.

    Very good location, in the more quiet part of town yet still very central. Everything is easy to walk to but you can choose quiet if you please. So perfect. The room was clean, and cleaned every day. The kitchen also spotless and even the rooftoparea was clean enough. My room was superlarge, and the bed is the best. The staff is friendly and helpful, they don't speak english but translate does the job and they manage to communicate well.

    we liked everything about this hotel, but the beds were the absolute best! most comfortable beds anywhere we have stayed. in Mexico. hot shower, good Wifi, very clean. great location for bars, restaurants etc. easy walk/cheap taxi to the beach. there is a nice restaurant on the roof, which is great when you arrive in the evening. friendly staff. excellent value.

    Second or third time staying here and keep coming back because it is a great location, very clean and good sized room, strong AC and hot showers, friendly staff, and the price is right. Next to the market, close to several great restaurants and 7 min walk from ADO station. Great choice for a couple day stay in Huatulco!
