Tenint en compte els preus d'allotjaments a la ciutat, es pot dir que la relació qualitat-preu és bona. L'estudi està ben equipat (cuina, estris de cuina, microones, calefacció, wifi, etc). Està bé que la cuina sigui individual. A mi em van deixar una esponja per fregar els plats per estrenar, fet que s'agraeix. L'atenció dels anfitrions va ser bona. La ubicació també és bona, ja que és bastant cèntric i està prop de l'estació central de la ciutat. És un barri tranquil (tot i que la meva habitació donava a la banda de la carretera, que és una mica més sorollosa). Durant les nits, però, baixa el trànsit i es pot dormir. Els llençols i fundes es veien nets. Tens calefacció individual regulable i aire acondicionat, de manera que pots tenir l'estudi a una temperatura comfortable i al teu gust.
