This is an extraordinary place, spacious, lovely outdoor space, attentive staff, great parking with AC. The breakfast is more than you can eat and was a great value. The free water, bottle of local wine and coffee was also a warm welcome. Extra towels for the clean pool. Nice gym, game room and cooking facilities. Our room had a small refrigerator as well. We stayed in the North African Room. Close to Ecopista Dao.

We stayed at QL for a couple of night with our 2 yo son and we loved it! We were surrounded by picturesque views, fresh air, horse riding classes and grape vines. Our son had much fun chasing a cat that lives at QL and riding cute white pony.

The friendliness of our hosts Florence and Jose and the warm welcome that we received. Definitely a case of "Mi casa es su casa." The accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout and the facilities exceptional, including an honesty bar in the dining area. The selction at breakfast was extensive and a deluxe version of a traditional continental breakfast. The accommodation is quietly situated on the banks of the Dão with picnic tables down by the river. With a sauna,, jacuzzi and swim spa on the patio, this location has all that is required for the perfect relaxing break.

It was the nicest place I have stayed. Very beautiful place, renovated but still with original features. Warm house despite the cold weather. Very cute, all kitchen amenities, new, renovated bathroom.

The property was what made as go to the town of Santa Comba Dão and we felt most comfortable in it and enjoyed the experience greatly. The location could not be better, right at the old center, near a very nice plaza with the small river that crosses the town running nearby and at a short distance from the best places to visit; the building itself is beautiful outside and inside and masterfully renovated and decorated; the old center was a grateful surprise: it is all up and down with lots of stairs and narrow alleys, many beautiful buildings and a lot of renovation going on; the people we met at the street, the museum, the tourism office were all very proud of Santa Comba Dão and willing to help and explain and make suggestions; the views of the Dão river from the viewpoint of Outeirinho, are delightful and the walk or bike ride on the "Ecopista do Dão" is not to be missed; last but not least, not to be missed in the town is the restaurant "Cova Funda", not only their food is home made and delicious but the owners are so welcoming that you feel at home from the start
