One of the best properties we have stayed in. The house was modern and well equipped, with plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our needs. The view from the house was gorgeous, overlooking vineyards. We were able to enjoy delicious oranges and lemons from trees in the yard - what a treat!. The village was charming and non-touristy. We didn't see any other tourists during our stay. The location is super convenient, just 10 minute's drive from Pinhao. One of the best things of a great stay was the host, Paula. She runs the village cafe and was delightful. We even arranged for her to prepare meal for our group, which was delicious. We only wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nites was not enough.

Wonderful location with wiev of the mountains with wineyards. Nice afternoon-sunny terrace, shade when too hot. Fine kitchen, two sleeping rooms with individual bathrooms. Friendly cat and dog.

The location was great! It had incredible views of the Duoro valley and it was very quiet and relaxing. You could hear the birds chirping in the morning, very peaceful. Almost felt like a resident of the area! Staff were super friendly and kind. There was enough parking for three vehicles and it was a short walk to the best lookout point in the valley in my opinion. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The lodging is an entire house adjacent to the winery with outstanding view over the Douro valley. The owners were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Anna provided a tasting for us, allowed us to walk through the property and sample grapes off the vines. A 15 minute walk through the vineyard took us to Provesende, a beautiful village nearby. We were there during harvest time so, the owners’ son who is also the winemaker, allowed us to watch him stomping the grapes by foot which was an incredible experience. He also patiently explained his process to reach the best quality wine. Make sure to get up early and watch the sunrise over the valley, it’s quite special.

Spectacular location, in an idyllic setting, with the most wonderful views of the valley! And such a comfortable house - I wish it had been a longer stay! A real find.

The apartment is located on the grounds of the D'Origem winery in Casal de Loivos. The views from the property are extraordinary. The unit has a large bedroom, living room with a sink and refrigerator, and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The outdoor patio is great for taking in the amazing panorama of the Douro valley. We were also given a tour of the Olive Oil Museum and a tasting of the wines and olive oils produced by D'Origem in their fantastic tasting room.

Here is a tastefully furnished mansion with a breathtaking view. The owner Bernardo was very friendly. He gave us many suggestions. We ate dinner at the same table with other guests like a family dinner. Thanks to this, a warm atmosphere was created where we made new friends. This was one of our best stays . thanks a lot. Everything was perfect.

Orchid was just so lovely. prepared a great breakfast in the morning. the view was out of this world. we sat in their patio surrounded by orange trees and flowers, while overlooking the Douro valley was perfect to eat our sandwich and bottle of Douro wine for a simple supper.
