Very clean thanks to room Service specially Mukhtar in Tower 4 lvl 18. All staff are friendly and helpful. Staff in the restaurant is so professional and welcoming. The hotel has 9 Towers, if you book through Booking.com, most properly, you are in Tower 4. There are shuttle buses availabl 24 hrs. between the hotel and the Haram. If you like walking, It takes you round 15-20 min. There are 10 elevators for each Tower. They need to add more staff to the reception desk specially in the afternoon shift. Overall it was a wonderful experience and it is highly recommended.

Alhamdulilah we spent 7 days and we really appreciate the service. Staff Bhai Mehboob and Rayyanwas very gentle and they make sure room clean on time. We got coffee and tea,towels, toilet tissue all time. Location is superb. Its on a little slope but we got buggy service all time to go to hotel. All shopping nearby and food restaurants . It's 15mins walk if u take bikrah tunnel and if pass through AL Hijrah road It's around 20mins. Me and my husband had really enjoyed our stay. Value for money Alhamdulilah .Insha Allah hope to come again.

Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Usama, the receptionist, provided excellent assistance and was accommodating to all of our requests. The hotel's location is conveniently situated with just a 10-12 minute walk to the haram. Overall we had a pleasant experience during our stay.
