Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Alue oli rauhallinen, kalliot hienot ja ravintoloita löytyi läheltä. Hotelli tarjosi kyydin rannalle tasatunnein, mikä helpotti liikkumista. Aamupalalla oli hyvin valikoimaa. Allasalue oli siisti ja viihtyisä.

Krabin Railay Beachilla sijaitseva Avatar Railay-Adults Only tarjoaa ulkouima-altaan ja aurinkoterassin. Majoituspaikka on vain 900 metrin päässä Phra Nangin luolasta.

Asiakaspalvelu niin respassa/ravintolassa/hieronnassa ensiluokkaista. Aina tervehdittiin ja oltiin valmiita palvelemaan. Missään en ole samaan tasoon törmännyt
