Staff were very friendly and always asking if we required anything. The location is excellent as it is only a very short walk from the nightlife but also far enough away so that noise was minimal and never a problem. The room was also spotless with a very large comfortable bed and excellent shower.

We had an amazing stay at Arden Hotel! We especially want to highlight the exceptional work of the reception staff, Nueng and Focus. Thanks to their professionalism and attentive service, our request to change rooms was resolved within minutes. The noise from the road was bothering us, and upon our request, we were promptly moved to a room with a better view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, with staff always ready to assist and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable.

The hotel is brand new and the staff were amazing—every single person made me feel at home. Rooms are spotless and everything’s fresh, so it really can’t get better. Location’s convenient: close to Walking Street and about 10 minutes by Bolt to Terminal 21. The sky pool was the real highlight. Highly recommended.
