The #1 perk is being right across from the Disneyland entrance. From there, the rooms were nice, big and clean (Parlor A--I believe) 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Everything worked and had no issues--except for the wifi being spotty. Enjoyed our stay--met our needs and everyone was happy.
