Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Sevan, Sargsyan ECO house is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the garden. A nice, small hotel run by your family in a village a few kilometers from Sevan. The room was spotlessly, clean and comfortable. We had a very good dinner in the evening, and in the morning a good breakfast with a great view from the restaurant of the second floor. All the staff was very friendly.
