I had an amazing stay at this cottage, and I want to start by thanking the owner, Nirok. He is a truly genuine and kind person – always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Big thanks to him! The cottage itself is beautiful. The view is simply breathtaking – a full 10/10, with a large window looking straight out over the lake. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s a fridge, cooking gadgets, and even a smart TV for when you just want to relax indoors. Outside, there’s a grill which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to recharge. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and overall it felt like a real home away from home. I recommend this cottage 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. I’ll definitely return whenever life gives me the chance to enjoy some free time here again.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Sevan, Sargsyan ECO house is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the garden. Great place to stop near Sevan. The place is recently built, clean and spacious rooms. Host trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great breakfast - eggs, local cheese and bread, jam and fruits.

Aragast Hotel & Brewery is set in Sevan. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, an ATM and free WiFi. At the inn, all rooms come with a desk. A fantastic choice. Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

Chkalovka Guest House is a place with beautiful garden, where You can spend some time. The owners are very friendly and hearty, they always asked if we need anything. Despite language barier we were able to communicate using google translator. Breakfast was delicious and large. Hosts asked us what we want to eat and prepared it on their own. We highly recommend this place to stay and hope that we will go there in the future :)
