Loved the absolutely friendly personnel. Loved the coffee and tea setup for the room that you can choose yourself. Small gesture, great impact. Walking distance to downtown but you also get free bus passes with the bus stop right outside the door.

We had a one night stay after flying transatlantic to Calgary, met by a super hospitable and helpful Flora, ate locally in the University District, slept very well in really comfortable bed.
