The design of the rooms was truly impressive — spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a bright, open feel thanks to the high ceilings. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and abundance with plenty of options to choose from. The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Set in Locarno and with Piazza Grande Locarno reachable within 700 metres, Villa Rossella offers a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Villa by @ Home Hotel Locarno is a guest house situated in a historic building in Locarno, 1.2 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

We liked everything in this small and cozy Hotel. First of all, a nice and warm atmosphere. A real family feeling. Beautiful and authentic territory with a lot of nice attributes of a farm village. Michelin 3-star restaurant with fantastic food. Superb breakfast with home-made bread, always warm and delicious. The room with a little balcony and a gorgeous view of the mountains and church. Sitting on the balcony and sipping the Vermerntino - what can be better on a sunny day. The room itself might be bigger; we were with our daughter and had 2 tiny rooms, but it wasn`t a big problem for us. Anyway, this is a unique chance to stay in a traditional stone house made of gray granite with a slate roof. We saw a lot of them in the Ticino region in Switzerland

Offering a terrace and city view, Depandance Garni Golf is located in Ascona, 1.4 km from Golfclub Patriziale Ascona and 3.2 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

Wonderful and helpful staff, which was exceptionally friendly and professional, provided very helpful tips for stay/ area/ outings, with great communication. Learned, that the building has a lot of interesting history. Impeccably clean place. Spacious room and bathroom. Tasty, high quality and varied breakfast. Located in a (quiet, high quality) pedestrian zone, but accessible by car to drop off bags. Just a very short walk to the lakeside promenade, with lots of restaurants, and the boat landing. We had a great couple of days there and loved the area.
