The apartment is so well located to city centre and train station. It’s quiet and so easy to get to. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. They even provided dishwasher powder and liquid suitable for a few nights stay. Fantastic for a family. The customer service with the apartment, beforehand, during and on check out was excellent. I would stay there again, without hesitation. Thanks for having us.

A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! It’s a very new and comfortable place. The rooms is big enough. it’s shared toilet and bathroom but it’s very well organised. Also there’s a basin for washing in the room.

I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.
