A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Only the best!

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even recommended some local attractions around the area which enhanced my experience.

Gery's camp is on an excellent location especially if you come with car, busy city centre is easily reachable with a bus 2 mins from the camp. Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Berghof Erlebnis AG is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Pfaffnau, 47 km from Roman Town of Augusta Raurica. Very nice and quiet accommodation in the middle of nature on a tourist trail, still within 10 minutes of a bus stop, providing the possibility to get to a bigger city and railway station. I also enjoyed rich breakfast, drinks and coffee available 24h and friendly staff.

Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Luzern. Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.
