Situated in Engelberg in the Obwalden region, with Titlis Rotair Cable Car nearby, Titlis Resort provides accommodation with access to a steam room. We liked everything, from the staff to the accommodation. Its was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend Titlis resort.

Featuring a shared lounge, Berggasthaus Tannalp is located in Frutt in the Obwalden region, 35 km from Giessbachfälle and 31 km from Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg. (Summer holiday). Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

Hotel Crystal is just 5 minutes’ walk from the cable car station to Titlis Mountain. It features a wellness area and a restaurant with an extensive, varied menu. Wi-Fi is free of charge. They staff are friendly and helpful. I like their smiling faces including the cleaning ladies! Not to mention, the location is great. It's super close to the train station and convenience store.
