The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for our family, spacious, clean and everything so well explained. The parking spot reserved for the apartment was a plus. Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. We haven't personnaly met the owners, but they were very helpful. We could store our luggage before check-in as we were early and as well at check-out before taking the train. We would definitely stay there again next time in Lugano. Thank you

The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!
