Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The nice and attendive staff, great hospitality, and they offered everything that makes your stay comfortable after the long and tiring tours! We could even have tea in the breakfast hall during the day. The shower was immediately and perfecty hot (which was unfortunately uncommon in other parts of Chile that we stayed in) and the beds are super comfy, I also really like the authentic athmosphere that the hostal has :) Regarding breakfast at early hours before tours: they are very flexible, and let us have breakfast earlier and very fast🥰 Thank you for everything, If I ever come back to Puerto Natales, I will definitely choose this place again!!

FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an all-inclusive stay and the food was amazing in every meal. Also beautiful facilities -- amazing view, great spa, sauna and pool, and a lot of cute common spaces to hang out in. They also have an in-house tour operator that organized all our hikes so well!

The welcome and warmth of Nico and all the staff was amazing. As a solo traveller this is so important and however many questions I asked nothing was too much. The atmosphere was lovely and this puts guests at ease and makes for a social and respectful atmosphere. Nico helped with ideas and car hire (which I wholly recommend). Views from the hostel are great and it feels very safe. I ended up extending my booking 3 times and had 8 nights here. I had to move rooms but this was no issue as the staff just moved my stuff if I was out trekking. Thanks all. 11/10

I was able to get information needed for my travels and rent equipment. I appreciated the recommendations for services in the local area as well as activities nearby. All recommendations were spot on. I would definitely recommend Erratic Rock to my friends and I would stay here again on future trips.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.
