Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Great breakfast. Beatriz is awesome!!!!, she makes you feel at home. This is the best place we stayed in our 3 weeks trip. We will recommend it and hopefully we will be back soon.

Hotel Vendaval features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Puerto Natales. Great place with nice decor. Welcome drink at the bar with view was fantastic.

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Amazing host, avangarde style hostel, very clean and comfortable. Feels like home as soon as you enter there. Every recommendation, especially if you are going to Torres del Paine for trekking. 10/10

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an all-inclusive stay and the food was amazing in every meal. Also beautiful facilities -- amazing view, great spa, sauna and pool, and a lot of cute common spaces to hang out in. They also have an in-house tour operator that organized all our hikes so well!

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. The welcome and warmth of Nico and all the staff was amazing. As a solo traveller this is so important and however many questions I asked nothing was too much. The atmosphere was lovely and this puts guests at ease and makes for a social and respectful atmosphere. Nico helped with ideas and car hire (which I wholly recommend). Views from the hostel are great and it feels very safe. I ended up extending my booking 3 times and had 8 nights here. I had to move rooms but this was no issue as the staff just moved my stuff if I was out trekking. Thanks all. 11/10

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of garden, erratic rock is situated in Puerto Natales, 500 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Excellent communication with owner. I was able to get information needed for my travels and rent equipment. I appreciated the recommendations for services in the local area as well as activities nearby. All recommendations were spot on. I would definitely recommend Erratic Rock to my friends and I would stay here again on future trips.

Set within 1.9 km of Puerto Natales Bus Station and 200 metres of Municipal Museum of History in Puerto Natales, Hostal Like Home offers accommodation with seating area. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.
