Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Amazing hotel,very clean and easy accessible. The staff was very nice and helpful. We could store our bags for the time we were doing the W Trek free of charge. Very tasty breakfasts! Highly recommended!.

Hostel Puerto Natales By far the best hostel of our trip in South America - extremely clean, cute and a hostel with a relatively good location (close to the city and close to the main bus station). The owner Juan speaks good English and really knows a lot. Breakfast very good and available from 5 AM / from 5 AM because it's great if you're going for an early hike.

Very good breakfast, lots of choices.. Great excursion facilities and services with the Massif desk. Amazing selection of food and drinks at resto bar. The tired legs massage at the spa was great after the base Torres hike. The spa, pool and sauna were really nice too and very good staff at the hotel and spa! Definitely felt pampered and well looked after, after a long day of excursions.

The host Nico is a wonderful person who will help you with any questions you have and give you local advice. The volunteers are always mice and the guests are easy to get along with. It’s a home away from home in many ways!

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. Staff very friendly and location (close to bus station)

500 metres from Municipal Museum of History, Loft By Toore Patagonia is set in Puerto Natales and offers free WiFi, express check-in and check-out and a tour desk. Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of garden, erratic rock is situated in Puerto Natales, 500 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Super nice and lovely hosts. They help you with anything you need. Very flexible and uncomplicated with change of plans. The hostel is very clean. (I have never seen such a clean kitchen in a hostel before.) The Hostel is rather small, I liked the calm atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. Good location because it is close to the bus terminal, but also in walking distance to the center and everything you need.
