Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The staff was very helpful. Great breakfast. Coffee and tea was always available and created a good space to socialize. The rooms were comfortable.

The tired legs massage at the spa was great after the base Torres hike. The spa, pool and sauna were really nice too and very good staff at the hotel and spa! Definitely felt pampered and well looked after, after a long day of excursions.

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Super clean. Staff were really nice and helpful. The owner Nic provided a lot of useful information. Location was good, 200m away from the bus terminal. The view from the hostel was amazing!

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. The Rufus team was welcoming and accommodating, they opened breakfast early so we could catch an early bus before the W trek. space is comfortable and clean. we came back after the trek. They can store your luggage for a small fee.

Bill is a wonderful host who knows everything about the national park to help out organizing a great stay. It's a very cozy house and breakfast is ready any time in the morning! Everything super clean and always warm water. It is the perfect place to chat with other travelers as well.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.
