Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Amazing host, avangarde style hostel, very clean and comfortable. Feels like home as soon as you enter there. Every recommendation, especially if you are going to Torres del Paine for trekking. 10/10

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The food is excellent all around. The staff is very helpful and corteous. Be careful when choosing a room. Some have incredible views, but the rooms on the 4th floor only have skylights and no windows, which is frustrating when the scenery is so beautiful. The spa is fantastic.

If you don't know "where to begin" your journey in Patagonia, this is the spot!!! I can't be thankful enough for all the info and knowledge Nico (the host) gave me! I actually saved money thanks to his advice. He's so knowledgeable and prone to help and explain and...I mean, he spent almost a whole day throughout only explaining to guests how they should organize and what should do to avoid overspending and stuff like that. The rest of the staff (volunteers) are also amazing! Thanks Johannah for the cinnamon rolls❤️ The hostel is also great! Is like 3 minutes away from the bus station and 15 minutes from the city center. You have a huge supermarket like 7 minutes away, coffee shops and some restaurants. The views from the rooms are amazing as well! I would definitely recommend it and if I ever come back to PN, there's no other place I'd stay!!! Thanks again for everything, Niko and the staff❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Rufus. It’s a small and cozy hostel, that makes you feel like home. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, a big plus they have 3 adorable dogs. They were very accommodating in the best they could. The rooms were spacious and super clean, the beds very comfy and the sheets like high end hotel. Bathrooms were very clean and showers had great pressure water. Breakfast were very good and filling.

Andrea was so helpful and friendly, and made us feel extra welcome. We had delicious homemade bread for breakfasts. The room was cosy and warm with plenty of hygiene products. We were very happy there!

Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

I appreciated the recommendations for services in the local area as well as activities nearby. All recommendations were spot on. I would definitely recommend Erratic Rock to my friends and I would stay here again on future trips.

Hostal like home is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need in Puerto Natales. Cecilia was so warm and helpful. My room had a private bathroom and was super quiet, clean and comfortable. I loved the use of a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and use of a fridge.
