Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The owner was amazing! She was so kind, welcoming, and gracious. She let us leave our bags and hang out while we waited for a bus. She was so understanding and lovely!! All the staff were. Also there is a little cat that made our trip :)) Also felt very safe.

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. The breakfeast was really good, the staff was friendly, the location is good for tours. The owner Was a really cool and friendly guy.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Beautiful location. Spa (swimming pool + sauna + massage rooms basically) was beautiful and relaxing, and overlooking to amazing views. Breakfast was pretty good, especially given the very limited Chilean breakfast style. Room was comfortable, everything was so clean.

I actually saved money thanks to his advice. He's so knowledgeable and prone to help and explain and...I mean, he spent almost a whole day throughout only explaining to guests how they should organize and what should do to avoid overspending and stuff like that. The rest of the staff (volunteers) are also amazing! Thanks Johannah for the cinnamon rolls❤️ The hostel is also great! Is like 3 minutes away from the bus station and 15 minutes from the city center. You have a huge supermarket like 7 minutes away, coffee shops and some restaurants. The views from the rooms are amazing as well! I would definitely recommend it and if I ever come back to PN, there's no other place I'd stay!!! Thanks again for everything, Niko and the staff❤️

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!
