Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Everyone was super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great! Location is also amazing, only a few minutes away from the bus station. The rooms were clean, silent/quiet and everywhere was warmed! 100% recommended!! Nothing not to like, it is exactly what is advertised!

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Amazing host, avangarde style hostel, very clean and comfortable. Feels like home as soon as you enter there. Every recommendation, especially if you are going to Torres del Paine for trekking. 10/10

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. This was the most beautiful, picturesque hotel I've ever stayed at on our travels. The views, the staff, the room, the tours, the Calafate Sours :) everything was truly amazing. We stayed during shoulder season and felt as though we had a semi-private oasis.

Andrea was so helpful and friendly, and made us feel extra welcome. We had delicious homemade bread for breakfasts. The room was cosy and warm with plenty of hygiene products. We were very happy there!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.
