While the clean environment and good infrastructure were notable, I was most impressed by the manager's handling of a power outage. The generator was malfunctioning due to a battery issue, but he promptly got a replacement and power was restored within minutes. He personally explained the situation not only to me but also to all other guests and checked in on me, demonstrating exceptional dedication to service. Notably, his efforts left a lasting impression and even if I had slept in the dark, I would have still carried a smile along. Go and get the experience.
