We had a very pleasant stay at the Hongcun Nanhu Lake view hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us with refreshments on our arrival. They went out of their way to help us with our travel needs. For instance, they arranged a ride share for us so that we can arrive at the Yellow Mountain base the next morning before the first bus gets there to beat the crowd.

Beautifully clean, great location for Huangshan Mountain (about 15 mins walk to the buses for the cable cars) and local restaurants and bars. Owner quick responses for any information needed and also organised a car from and to Huangshan North. Good cappuccino too!! Highly recommend.

Nastanitev 问安民宿（黄山风景区店） je v mestu Huangshan Scenic Area in ponuja teraso ali balkon, brezplačen WiFi, TV z ravnim zaslonom, vrt ter skupni prostor za druženje. Very homely feel of the inn. Innkeepers were so nice they drove us to the mountains and even picked us up back when we were done climbing out of their own goodwill with no charges. They gave us a detailed map and explanation of the route that we wanted to climb. Very knowledgeable of their own hometown. Even told us how to dress accordingly and gave us a warm chinese breakfast which we loved! Toilet bowls have seat warmers and bidet which even the 5* hotels we stayed at did not. Bathtub is huge and can fit two people easily. Exceptional service and they have the cutest cat!

Excellent location - Just right outside the entrance to the shuttle bus to the Ciguan / Yungu cableway. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is authentic local food. The owner - Mr 任 arranged pick-up from the railway station and was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us the room and then explained in detail how to ascend/descend Hangshan with recommended timings and gave us a map for our reference. He also advised us how to get the tickets for the shuttle/cableway and let us deposit our extra luggage at his place and collect when we are back at Tangkou. We were also allowed to use his hiking sticks for free and return when we back at Tangkou. He linked his Wechat to us for easy communication. Mr 任 is really very hospitable and excellent owner.

The property and service were excellent. We were treated very kindly by staff. The owner gave us a map of the park that he created that perfected our visit to the mountains. Other tourists were taking pictures of the map because it was superior to theirs. He had also sat down with us to clearly explain possible routes. Every evening, we were able to sit in the cozy living room with tea, fruit, and kitties. What more could one ask for? Our room was stunning. We were also able to wash and dry clothes which was a huge benefit. The daily breakfast was home cooked, fresh, and delicious. We actually extended our stay because the hotel was that good.
