I am really very pleased with this help and attitude of the stuff! The room was very spacious! We had a good dinner in the evening, both western and Chinese options were available! The staff was just amazing—super friendly and approachable. Honestly, top, top & top staff! From the very start, they helped us plan our trip, suggested great places to visit, and even told us the best times to go. Breakfast was different every day (sausages, pasta, fresh fruit, fried rolls, salad, etc.) but always delicious—you can tell they put real care into it. After a long day out, we’d often come back to tasty homemade treats. The staff managed to be warm and welcoming without ever being pushy, which made the whole stay super cozy and refreshing. We 100% recommend it, and next time we travel to Piking, this hotel will be our first choice. Thank you!
