A truly wonderful hotel with excellent service — definitely the best on this side of the island. The property is located at the end of the beach, in a peaceful and pleasant area, right by the sea. The hotel is beautifully designed and feels very cozy. The staff were absolutely outstanding, and the restaurant was also of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Hotel Carey Beach Baru features a garden, private beach area, a terrace and restaurant in Baru. Providing a bar, the property is located within 2.4 km of Isla del Encanto Beach. No cars, no noise, absolute paradise. Very caring staff, great airco and fan. Good food for a reasonable price. Perfect mattresses, crisp bed linnen and spacious rooms. White sandy beaches, very well groomed. Beach furniture comfortable and plenty. Alberto and Naider were very helpful. I would recommend Carey Beach to all my friends. Transport efficiently arranged through Nando.

The atmosphere felt luxurious yet warm, and every detail made the stay special. The location was perfect, the food was amazing, and overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The hostel was right on the beach, which I thought was amazing. It seemed as though they had done some renovations recently, so the place looked really good. The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Maggy Beach. It is just like on the pictures. A simple accommodation but everything that is needed in the hot climate: a fan over the bed, fresh water to rinse off after a dip in the ocean, a gorgeous view, and a lovely, caring staff that will make sure you have anything you want when you want it (shoutout to Wendy). A must-visit if you're near the coast!

Located in Playa Blanca and with Playa Blanca reachable within a few steps, Solarium Beach Club provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. I have been in many places and i have to say that this one will always gonna be one of my favorites! The rooms might not look fancy but once you arrive there you realize that you're not really going to spend much time inside except for when you go to sleep. Most of the time we spent there we were laying on the sunbeds drinking amazing piña coladas prepared by the lady the runs everything, Luz. She will help you out with everything that you might need! She runs the place honestly and carefully with attention to every single detail and she will go on and beyond to satisfy every request that you might have. On the beach there's a lot of vendors that will try to sell you things and sometimes thay can be pushy and when that happens there will be Pacho ready to send them away so that you can enjoy your stay as comfortably as possible. There's food options as well, nothing fancy considering that you're on a desolated beach where options are limited but one thing is sure, there's always drinks available! Overall this place is amazing and instead of 2 days we ended up spending more than a week. When we come back to Cartagena again this place is gonna be first on our bucket list!
