Situated on the seafront in Nuquí and boasting a garden, Popochos Beach Eco Lodge has free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. Amazing place to relax. The staff is very kind and always willing to help. Perfect to run during the dawn. I would have liked to stay more time there!

With garden views, El Retoño del Negro Gozón is set in Nuquí and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace. Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with sea views. Utterly utterly basic. Barefoot luxury without the luxury. The wooden planks which make the walls of the huts have spaces between them for ventilation. Nothing in the room except a bed (and mosquito net), a shelf and a table. Hammocks on the verandah and the sea is right there - wonderful. You get there by small boat (with outboard motor) from Nuqui - the tourist jetty is a short walk from the airport and the people where you pay your airport tax made sure we were passed into the care of someone who saw us onto the right boat. It took 50 minutes. Wear shorts - there is no jetty and you disembark by stepping off into the water. The kitchen/dining area has a low concrete wall around it and a tin roof. The food is simple but we thought it was delicious (lots of fish - ceviche, stew and grilled). The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful, and take care to speak simple Spanish to help us understand. We enjoyed whale watching from a small boat. All very simple and undeveloped. A perfect place for blissful downtime and going to sleep to the sound of the waves. Utterly utterly wonderful!

Hotel Bahía Aguacate features a garden, private beach area, a terrace and restaurant in Capurganá. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. The food overall was delicious—every dish exceeded our expectations. Maya and Andrés were incredibly kind and helpful; they assisted us every step of the way. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is fantastic—warm and welcoming. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Situated in El Valle, 2.2 km from Playa El Almejal, TORTUGA BAY Eco Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The place is very nice, the staff is super friendly and attentive, everything is clean and modern, high quality beds, linings,etc. The beach is awesome, it's near playa cuevita and Utria, food is available on premises and they always help with transportation to and from town as well as with setting up tours.

Located in Capurganá in the Choco region, Mi Cabaña El Maderal has a garden. It is situated 400 metres from Capurganá Beach and features a lift. You were with family. Willie and his family were great to stay with! He had great insight on the area and things to do. Places to see. Breakfast was great in the mornings as we hung out on the balcony. Loved the hammock!! Wifi was great as long as the power was on. It’s in a rural quieter part of capurgana. You definitely get the authentic Colombian experience. We enjoyed are week stay:) I’m gonna miss it and look forward to a return visit:)

Located on the beachfront in Bahía Solano, Refugio Mr Jerry Eco House features a terrace. Featuring sea and inner courtyard views, this guest house also provides guests with free WiFi. Gorgeous location and you were looked after the whole time. It felt like paradise and the staff were incredible and so accommodating. Highly recommend
