Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with one minor exception - the coffee could use a bit of improvement. Given the exceptional service and amenities, I'd say they're definitely a 4-star hotel masquerading as a 3-star.
