Located on a historic Westphalian estate in Bad Sassendorf, this non-smoking hotel offers modern rooms within a restored 19th-century building. Everything was fabulous. The place, the room, the sauna, the pool. So many micro zones for different types of time spent.

The apartment was spotless, well provisioned and even had a proper sauna in the bathroom. There was a care package of dishwasher tablets, tea towels and washing liquid to use. The car parking was covered but not locked in. There was a separate bike/ski store cupboard near the parking that was lockable. Winterberg as a town is very pretty, has a good range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Beautiful location in a German village on the edge of a very pretty field. The place is very clean and spacious. Very much like in pictures. 2 big separate bedrooms on the second floor of the house. Responsive and very accommodating host. Parking is plenty on the street about 100 meters away from the house
