The building is older than any museum, and all details in it are renovated with extremely good taste. Though the house is very old, the air inside is pure and the smell is good. It is even more romantic and mystical than in the pictures. The big apartment with 2 bedrooms is worth of extra money! In it, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs, even more romantic. The location is absolutely unique. The house is located next to a peaceful big park with old trees, ponds, birds etc. Still the main road is just 50 m away. 300 m to a supermarket, and the best restaurant of the town, "Ararat" is 600 m away. In other words, the house is both in the middle of the center and in a peaceful forest!
