The location, historicity, views, and beauty of many of the interior features of this lodging really impressed us. Our room, though small, was well-designed, spotlessly clean, and afforded us a marvelous view of the gorge and adjacent mountain. We also appreciated the local breads and pastries that were on offer at breakfast.

The location in the city was perfect. It was a pleasant uphill walk to the old town. The host Lucia was so kind and friendly. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Fresh orange juice, coffee, coffee cake, fruit, buttered toast, and hard boiled egg all for five euro. The room was spacious and very clean. It was easy to find a parking spot along the road.
